Business owner Therese Deutsclander set out to make Thin Ice all about art & artists from Buffalo NY. The store opened in 2006 and expanded in 2011. The store is now home to more than 250 local artist works on display. What a better place for giving notice to buffalonian art then in the Elmwood village on the Elmwood Strip. After all the Elmwood Village is a famous shopping district and the Elmwood Strip has a history all its own. The annual and regionally acclaimed Allentown Art Festival and Allen West Festival is held practically right next door. Stop by while at the festival. There are many items for sale that are sure to satisfy.
