UB; The State University of New York at Buffalo, also known as the University of Buffalo is a highly credited university. UB offers various degrees and masters programs in Medical, Business and Engineering. Campuses are located in Buffalo, NY and Amherst, NY( just outside of Buffalo). UB was founded by Millard Fillmore before he became president of the United States. The University of Buffalo was established on May 11, 1846. By measurement of enrollment, UB is the largest university in the SUNY system and is the largest public university in New York State. UB also has the largest endowment and research funding available in the SUNY system.

UB is often referred to as the State of New York's public flagship university.

UB has been home to thousands of successful and prominent people throughout United States history. It has had past presidents and world leaders alike come to give speaches to its students and faculty. The resources for teaching in this new, fast paced technicalogical world are quite extraordinary. UB Parking Permits

A guest parking permit allows you to park on campus for a specific day or range of dates. If you are visiting campus for an official academic purpose, ask the department you are visiting for a guest parking permit. You can also get a guest parking permit from the Parking and Transportation office in 106 Spaulding Quad on the North Campus.

Residence Hall and Apartment Guests
A guest permit is typically required to park in a residence hall lot, except for weekends. Guests are not allowed to park in apartment parking lots.
